We recommend a confirmation of your finger size for rings and/or the diameter of your wrist for bracelets prior to placing your order. We cannot issue refunds; once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it cannot be canceled.

If you need to change the size of the ring or its design after buying online, please contact us within 4 hours of ordering. Once 4 hours have passed, we will no longer accept the changes.

Please be aware that the jewelry will be designed specifically for you and our craftsmen begin their work quickly following your initial request. Any major changes requested would therefore require restarting their work from the very beginning. Only minor changes can be accepted (e.g., a slight size adjustment; too great a size difference would require starting from scratch.) Thank you for your understanding.

How are diamonds chosen, and how much do they cost?
We offer a gemstone brokerage service in which we seek out the most beautiful gems to match your criteria and your budget. Each request is unique and requires search time. Through this approach, we guarantee a personalized service that will meet your expectations. Following our search, we will gladly send you a list of diamonds corresponding to your criteria, along with their respective prices. If you are not familiar with the characteristics of diamonds, please refer to our website www.benaderette-diamond.com

We offer diamonds of all shapes and weights in D-E-F-G-H-I colors and IF-VVS-VS-Si1 clarities. Canadian diamonds or Forevermark are available upon request. Our diamonds of 0.30 ct and over will be delivered with their original GIA Certificate, and the certificate number will be laser-engraved on the diamond.
The default diamonds on the Engagement Ring product sheets are all certified by the GIA: Color G / Clarity Vs2 / Non-Fluorescent, and for round diamonds: Excellent cut. We therefore guarantee a good quality to price ratio on diamonds with no visible inclusions and a clear color. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information at victor@benaderette.com.

Is it possible to buy an engagement ring online?
Yes, and we make this experience simple and highly satisfying. Just make your selection from our offered models, then choose the diamond weight. At checkout, you will need to specify the finger size in the message section (if you don’t know it, please use the tool available here).

The default diamonds are all GIA certified Vs2/G/Non-fluorescent. Our round diamonds are exclusively Excellent cut. We remain at your disposal to communicate with you and to offer you personalized service, so please don’t hesitate to write to us with any question!

Are your gemstones and diamonds ethical?
It is essential to us to work in a transparent way: diamonds over 0.30 ct are compliant with the Kimberley Process. Diamonds come with their original GIA certificate and each has a laser-engraved identification number. Smaller gems are purchased in Montreal from suppliers registered with the CJA (Canadian Jewelers Association).

All of the colored gemstones we sell are accurately described to the best of our knowledge. Our descriptions include the type, size, weight, shape, color, and origin of the gem. We guarantee that all of our gemstone are natural gems.

What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
Bright polished sterling silver jewelry can develop a patina and darken over time. The best way to take care of your jewelry is to clean it gently with a soft jewelry polishing cloth to bring back the shine and original brightness. Do not use toothpaste or other chemical silver cleaners.

To keep your jewelry in the best condition, please do not shower or sleep with it, or put it pell-mell in a jewelry box. Do not apply cosmetics and other chemicals to the jewelry. As silver and gold are soft metals, they are prone to scratching, so extra care should be taken.
